Springs
Nu-Style Door Company stocks an extensive range of springs to suit most door sizes and weights. All our springs are custom made.
Shaft
In industrial applications 25.4mm solid shaft with a ¼ inch keyway and adjustable coupler is used.
Cables
We use steel cable with a steel eyelet and aluminium crimps, custom made to suit individual door requirements.
Tracks
Custom made roll formed 2-inch steel track in 1.55mm galvanized steel with a 12-inch radius. The tracks can be reinforced with 2.5mm custom made track clips positioned at 600mm centres if required.
Hinges
All hinges are heavy duty, made from 3mm galvanized steel.
Rollers
We use both nylon coated steel and steel rollers depending upon the application.
Coupler
For easy adjustment of door level.
Clipstyle Angle
Tracks are bolted to a reinforcing clip-style angle for additional strength and durability.
